Epis is a small Macedon Ranges wine producer that specialises in silky, perfumed Pinot Noir and austere, mineral Chardonnay from its estate block near Woodend, plus a finely crafted Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot from the mature

The Williams Vineyard near Kyneton, which was initially developed by central Victorian wine pioneer, Laurie Williams. The consistent style and quality from these sites, both of which are generally benefiting from climate change, is quite remarkable.
