Established by Nav Singh and Louise Radman, Domaine Simha focuses on small batch, traditional & natural techniques (such as whole bunch wild ferments, unfined and unfiltered). Splits into two ranges being the Domaine range and the Sanskrit range. The fruit source is primarily around the cool climate regions of Tasmania, especially for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Other varietals include Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Gamay and Cabernet Franc. Worth seeking out, but only made in small numbers.
