Zitta Wines was established in 2004 by owner and winemaker Angelo De Fazio at Greenock, in the Barossa Valley wine region. Taking its name from the Italian word for “quiet”, the label is dedicated to the art of traditional, old world-style wine making. Using natural techniques with minimal inputs, it seeks to capture the essence of the De Fazio family vineyard – featuring only those varieties perfectly suited to the local conditions – namely Shiraz and Grenache
