Tscharke

Both Glaymond and Tscharke are the vision of sixth generation vigneron Damien Tscharke who is also the proprietor and winemaker for these acclaimed wines. Damien specializes in what’s often referred to as ‘alternative varieties’. More than just quirky wine names and clever packaging but a small batch approach of diverse wines which includes Spanish and Italian varieties such as Savagnin, Tempranillo, Montepulciano, Zinfandel. Damien and his wife Jana deliver perhaps the most authentic and intimately evocative experiences with a visit to their cellar door in the Barossa. Small in size but huge in character - well worth a visit.
