Tahbilk is an historic vineyard and winery on the banks of the Goulburn River in central Victoria. The winery is blessed with large old cellars replete with very large old cooperage, which Alister Purbrick feels is essential to the make-up and identity of Tahbilk red wine.

Recent years have seen a real development in the freshness, style and polish across the entire Tahbilk folio.
