Shaw + Smith began over a long lunch in 1989 when cousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith MW decided to realise a long held dream to make wine together. They specialise in Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, cool climate Shiraz and Pinot Noir.
The Sauvignon Blanc must be wine of the most widely drunk premium Sauvignon Blancs in Australia, but the portfolio is much more than just that. The M3 Chardonnay, Shiraz and Pinot are stellar performers out of the Adelaide Hills.
