The Barritt family has been growing grapes in the Barossa since the 1850’s.
The major varieties are Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. More recent plantings comprise Zinfandel and the lesser known French varieties, Pinot Blanc and Clairette.
The vineyards are on the eastern side of the valley, on the slopes of the Barossa Ranges. The vines were planted between 1972 and 2003.
