Yering Station is one of the most impressive facilities in the Yarra Valley and it has set its sights unquestionably high. As time goes on, it's becoming more clear that the company's best wine is its Reserve Chardonnay, a typically seamless, savoury and generously proportioned wine that ages very slowly indeed. The 'standard' range typically provides a high level of open, approachable varietal quality and flavour, and is usually ready to enjoy by the time of its release.
