Minnow Creek

Proprietor and Winemaker, Tony Walker was educated in winescience at Charles Sturt University, graduating in 1998.

He commenced wine making in the Languedoc region of South west France for biodynamic producer Comte Cathare.

Returning to Australia saw him commence his association with Fox Creek Wines as winemaker from 1999 to the end of 2004.

Tony's intention with Minnow Creek is to maintain his goal of sourcing the best parcels of fruit in order to craft wines which continue to reflect the full flavoured generosity for which McLaren Vale is justifiably renowned.
