Lobethal Road

Established in 1998 by experienced vineyard developer Dave Neyle and marketer Inga Lidums, Lobethal Road punches well above its weight in terms of quality. As seen at the 2014 Royal Sydney Wine Show, where their $25 Shiraz collected the trophies for 'Best wine in Show', 'Best red in Show' and 'Best Shiraz'. Not bad for a winery that produces only a few thousand cases and knowing it was the first time they had entered this wine show. Refreshing also to see such success from this understated, environmentally sustainable and minimal interventionist vineyard / winery.
