Gapsted Wines

Gapsted is the brand owned by a contract wine producer in northern Victoria, the Victorian Alps Wine Company, whose wines feature the canopy system chosen to maximise sunlight penetration and fruit exposure in this chilly segment of the viticultural world.

The company has made a feature of relatively new varieties for the Australian scene, such as barbera, petit manseng, saperavi and tempranillo.
